i really enjoy listening to them sometimes, but this experience is usually soured by dursts voice...

still, its fun to fuck around and do instrumental versions of their songs at practice because those dudes could write some good tunes

Nah it's no sin!

I haven't listened to that album in a while and can't remember much of it. I think I preferred "Significant Other" but thats not to say it wasn't a good album.

It's on the list of "1001 albums to hear before you die".

But then so is Dizzee Rascal's "Boy in da Corner" and The Streets' "A Grand Don't Come For Free".

More words here is more words.

The band itself is great; but unfortunately, people let their feelings about Fred Durst color (for those in the U.K.: Colour) their opinion on the band as a whole.

From uptight, short-sighted, narrow-minded hypocritics
All I want is the truth
Just gimme some truth. "

I actually think Wes and Sam are great musicians. Fred just ruins any credibility they may have had.

lucasreis is a jewel in the rough
This record really had mixed reviews. It´s on Q´s Magazine´s 50 worst albums ever and on the book 1001 albums to hear before you die.

I liked it at the time, but then, I got sick of it. But looking back, if I get to listen to it, I can appreciate it, because of the musicians work on it.

I really liked Fred when I was a kid, but now I think most of his stuff is really childish, but it´s fun music, for sure. I really love Rollin´.
