And I don't mean Rage Against The Machine

I'm talking about Rage, the German power metal band. These guys have been around for 20 years, and I've only been into them since the last 2 albums, Unity and Soundchaser. I gotta get their older stuff. Damn are they good. Most underrated band ever! Wish these guys were bigger in the U.S.

If you want good solid metal... check these guys out.

Man, Victor Smolski's a bad-ass, isn't he? I'm a fan of this band. I can't say I like everything they've done, but I'd say I like at least 50% of their albums, which is pretty good for a band that's been around since '87 or so!

For earlier stuff, try "Ghosts", "End of All Days", "Perfect Man", "Trapped", and "The Missing Link" - they're all quite solid albums.

You have no idea. They're phenominal. Great, understandable vocals, amazing songs. Heavy as shit. Great energy. Pretty much what I want my band to sound like.
