More new Korn tunes...

hey, just found these on best buy's website if anybody is curious. These tracks will be on the special edition with the 2nd cd:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....cat76200050010

I don't know bout you guys, but I think those songs kick ass! I hear a lot of untouchables and take a look in the mirror influence in those songs. Anyways, just thought you'd guys like to hear.

Fuck it, you only live once!

Those two songs weren't bad, haven't heard the others yet, but I didn't hear Davis's older vocal style at all. It's a shame, cause I really dug their first album. I saw it in the music store the other day for 10 bucks so I picked it up. What a blast from the past. It had been years since I had listened to it, but I instantly saw why I had liked that first album.

Sorry guys. I'm just not impressed. The 1st 3 CDs were gold. Everything else is just re-hashed riffs with muddy production. Not to mention, everything Jonathan does is so samey. Track to track is essentially the same vocal line.

im tired of jonathans "whiney" stuff(introduced in untouchables) and his "nu metal voice" from take a look in the mirror where he's trying to yell but sounds like a dying cat. i listened to "seed" where you can tell jon is just tweaked out of his mind and goin off. they need to get back on the stuff. his vocals on follow the leader were def the best.

I have to agree in a sense. I'm a major Korn fan but Take a Look in the Mirror didn't thrill me too much. Not to mention the mastering sucked. It was WAAAY too freaking loud and trebly. My favorite albums from them are Issues, Follow the Leader, Life is Peachy, and the first album. I like Untouchables as well but it isn't as good as the other ones I listed. I know I know... I listed nearly all their albums true, but it's just that I don't like what they became with Take a Look and what they are now with this new album.

But oh well nothing stays great forever, all things decay. It's the law of nature.
