Wow, he has the same exact problem that I do. I can't fucking sit down at all anymore. I've had it for a while, then suddenly it got 100x times worse over night. I'm constantly on percacet (or however you spell it) just to go to work and sleep.

The one time I'm okay is when I'm playing with my band though. I can actually forget about the pain and not need meds.

Best of luck to him though, I've been dealing with this for a while, and none of my options seem to be any better off than I am now.
