I love Sabbath, and I love Dio, but that rendition of Mob Rules on Blabbermouth there is absolutely terrible.

Dio can barely hit any of the notes or affect the kind of power and grit that the recording had originally, and to top it off he spends the whole song prancing around like a douche.

That said, I can't wait.

I think it would be cool but I wish Iommi wouldn't solo. He has great riffs but he's never been a good lead player.

i love his lead playing. but then, it's pretty much all based in the blues, and i'd listen to a blues player over a shreddy one.

I didn´t like Dio´s line-up when I was a kid.

I remember getting Sabotage and Master of Reality in vynil and thinking Ozzy´s era is "the shit".

Guess what? I still do. Ozzy´s era, to me, is the best Black Sabbath era. In fact, I really liked their decision to call themselves Heaven & Hell, it makes more sense.

Back to Dio, I admit I was very stupid not to like his era.

And recently I got some of the Sabbath albums from the 80´s and I must say I really enjoy them, it´s a different animal, for sure, and I still think it´s not better than albums like Sabbath Bloody Sabbath or Master of Reality.

Now I really like this incarnation of the band and I look forward to the new Heaven & Hell release.

ps: I also love Iommi´s solo works, especially Fused with Glenn Hughes, awesome album.

Pretty evil, I'd say.

That album will be really cool. I was actually skeptical about Dehumanizer until I heard it. Now I'm just excited. It's a really great team - better than Ozzy era IMO.
