This album was actually my introduction to the band. I had heard "unas: slayer of the gods" on one of the direct tv satellite radio stations back when this album was out

I just hope they remix it with the tone of Iphytallic or A.O.T.W. THEN it would be by far the best Nile album in my opinion

The tone of AOTW is by far superior to the one on Ithyphallic... That album just has the best mix ever... I dont care that the toms are too low in the mix because the rest is just amazing!

I wouldn't say best, because the best is clearly Death, and no, thats not an opinion. Nile is, one of the best death metal bands currently active.

I agree, Karl wanted the bass cut and the guitars to come out more in the mix, but I still liked the bassier AOTW.

I also like that Karl uses 6 stringers, it's good to have a professional to agree with.
