I might pay for lessons with him...for the ego boost

see...

I figure that lessons from Gods like Broderick or Cooley would be simply crushing, I'd end up hacking my hands off trying to tap out arpeggios etc...whereas being better than a guy charging $100 an hour

But with those guys it wouldn't matter. Because they are nice enough guys to put all of their effort into making you a better player, which is what being a guitar tutor is all about. Crushed? Most probably, but I'm damn sure anyone that plays with either of those guys for an hour will pickup 1000 things they didn't know beforehand.

But with COW....$100.....

If COW takes up to $100 for 1h of nothing, maybe I should take more than this and get into the business. 5 students...poor guys.

Actually, you're right, never met Rusty but Chris was such a nice guy I'd reckon he'd be an incredible teacher

lucasreis is a jewel in the rough
Heīs from Belgium, went to America in 1993, and joined FF in 1994.

I donīt think he really studied english in all of these years of touring, writing and recording. So I guess his mistakes are comprehensible.

But I donīt really understand his money issues. Canīt he make more money playing with Fear Factory for a night or whatever? This is really weird.
