I thought this was Opeth's still life

aparently I don't read on friday nights

I've never listened to fates warning though. Any song suggestion or two that I could hear?

Honestly, am I the only guy who prefers the Ray Alder-era stuff to the John Arch stuff here?

Though I do dig Awaken The Guardian(just that one, the older ones sound too much like Iron Maiden for my taste) and Arch's - A Twist Of Fate EP

That EP is phenomenal!!!

I remember when i first saw Through Different Eyes video - they even looked cool in that one

Isn't that the Live disc without Frank? Seriously, while I like recent Fates, Inside Out was the last 'great' CD, IMO.

The live DVD is the suck for mix though, completely horrid.

Heh. Yeah. Fates without Frank is like Queensryche without Degarmo. It just isn't right.

I love the Alder era stuff too, BTW.

Parallels is by far my favorite, every song on it just rules.
