Recommend me a metronome
My trusty metronome ran into some issues last night.
I was happily noodling along, and it made a really loud beep, followed by a farting noise and expired on the spot. ![]() What are you guys using? ![]() |

I don't know how you feel about software metronomes, but I use a metronome I downloaded a while ago from Download.com called "Weird Metronome" its pretty basic and gets the job done.
As far as an actual physical metronome I've never actually used one so can't help on that front. However, this website is kind of cool as well: METRONOME ONLINE - free! ![]()

Software metronomes are just too hard to clip onto my music stand.

and here I was all set to recommend YMetronome. It can be set to speed up every X number of seconds/minutes by Y BPM, it rules. ![]() Or, you could buy a Peterson tuner and use the built-in metronome, and then tune my guitars for me... ![]()
