I have a couple favorites off the top of my head.

Between the buried and me - Selkies: the endless obsession, mordicai
MachineHead - Descend the Shades of Night
Pantera - Floods
Metallica - the intro solo to One

Those are just the ones I happen to remember at the moment. I would say Selkies is my favorite of the group though. That, sir, is a master piece of a solo.
