Classic rock, progressive rock, classical, jazz, shred, metalcore (my guilty pleasure), some country (Johnny Hiland is my current favorite), blues...

I like all the old classic 60's and 70's popular music as well like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones. As well as all of the old Motown stuff like Marvin Gaye.

i really like soundtrack type music, i guess orchrasta style but with out any lyrics. like the conan soundtrack type.

industreal/techno are pretty cool too but i think that most borders on being some form of metal like infected mushroom or lords of acid

tons of instrumental stuff, mellow trippy, stuff that doesnt really fall into a catagory, like bucketheads colma cd

rap, country?

just cant get into them, actually some country isnt horrible, but its the country that is older, before it became so popular and they turned it into pop-country, like willy or mr. cash, same with the rap, older stuff is ok, but the new stuff is just ridiculus sometimes, like run dmc or something like that is cool, that flash master flex or whatever the hell it was is cool

I've been getting a lot more into bluegrass. Mostly because my dad loves it and has a ton of friends that do too and they always have big jams all the time. It's just really fun music to play and it's always a very friendly enviroment. I'm about 80% metalhead though
