The bassist has some really nice gear, but I can play most of those songs better than him.

The guitarist has it right though, and the right guitar :jealous:

Drummer's got his shit together too

Drummer and Guitar player were great. I couldn't really get into the bass player as much, though. It'd be cool if they started a cover band. They just need a singer

Yeah, it really does sound good. I'd criticize your modesty, but I beat you to it in my earlier post

Shame the guy seems to have more money to spend on gear than a desire to learn proper timing. He hit most of the notes, his rhythm was the main issue. Tool has a great groove to their music, which Justin is a huge part of, and this guy doesn't seem to be feeling it.

Exactly. I gotta give it to the guy though. He's doing a pretty good job. If his right hand catches up to his left, he'd be a badass.

It's true. And at least he knows how to get the tone he's looking for and how to get it. Mostly it seemed he was having a hard time hearing/keeping up with the CD.
