My only complaint is the vocals, the rest sounds great.

Sounds good. I don't mind the vocals too much, although they stick out a little too much.

I liked it, even if the "Siamese dream golden age" is far away behind them.

I thought that it was pretty good, but not half as good as I was hoping. There's still the rest of the album, though, and very few of my favorite SP songs were singles anyway. It kind of reminds me of MCIS, but with production that reminds me more of SD or Gish. I'm not really digging the guitar tone so much, which is a shame because in the past I've really loved how their guitars sounded.

I can't seem to relate this song to any previous SP album. Now that James Iha isn't a part of the band, perhaps they've headed a new direction. It's difficult to say from one track. While I think the new album will hardly do the same for me as MCIS does, I'm looking forward to it. The new song was actually better than I'd expected.

^ Well I kind of expected it to sound either like Siamese Dream or Adore since James didn't have much to do with either of those albums. It did sound better than I thought it would, but to be honest I knew better than to get my hopes up for this album.

Nah, I dig Billy Corgan's singing. I was referring to the way it was recorded/mixed here. It doesn't quite sound like what I'm used to.

Keep in mind, I've only heard this once, and on the radio at that, but it had a very pronounced "small room reverb" sound to it, and seemed kind of boxy/almost doubled because of that.

It bugged me a little bit, but not enough to not just be thrilled to hear a new Pumpkins tune on the radio.
