Which logo do you like better?
Hey, guys, i've been designing a new logo for us. We've been using the same logo for over 10 years now so I thought a new one was in order.
 I did a "death metal" design, but, it might be a bit too much.  And I did this which is a little bit sharper for us.  |

the one with the black backdrop really looks sharp. the top one is a little hard to read. if i didn't know the name of your band i would be a little thrown off.

They're cool, but they remind me of other band's logos. Like the first one reminds me of Obituary, and the second kinda like, Megadeth or Testament...

The 2nd logo is much better. The death metal logo (while relatively easy to read compared to some other DM logos) might be too hard to understand for most people.

Noffense, but I didn't like either. I thought the top one was kinda generic and the bottom one (like Metal Ken said) was Megadeth-y.

I absolutely HATE the whole "death metal logo" thing personally, so I would say my favorite out of those was the blue one on the black background, but since blue is my favorite color I'm kinda biased!
 Besides, does flothru play death metal?  I don't think I've checked your band out yet Shawn, just your solo stuff.... which btw, I've been listening to the album a few times through and really dig it bro!  |
