Good 7-String Bands/Albums
During the last weeks, I practised a lot of stuff from Nevermore and Carcass (Heartwork/Swansong). Now I'm looking for more bands that use 7-string guitars and play on a relatively high level, speed, trash, death, black. Anyone has some good tips for me?

Yes. Check them out. Some of the coolest 7-string riffs and solos in recent music.

I also recommend Unearth. They're the main influence that got me to buy a seven-string in the first place. Almost all of their songs are fast or medium tempo.

If you are interested in either of the above two bands, I could post some links to some of their music videos.

I think it's the first they use 7-strings on, and I think they tune to A (at least on the track "Scarsick").

Edit: They don't really belong to the genres you mentioned, but they're fairly technical.
