recording quality? nah, not so much.
the tune itself? pretty solid i think.
the vocal performance so far? needs to be redone.

This would be better placed in the Recording Studio section if you want more constructive criticism on your song/mix/recording.

To me it sounds like you took all of the treble out of the mix altogether, which makes it kind-of hard to distinguish what the rest of the song sounds like.
