The fact that the kid sampled in this song lives up the street from my band's rehersal space.

Pretty much just this. I've always loved the groove style with tons of shred thrown in for good measure. It's very well put together too. Currently learning how to play.

Went to go check out the tab for Antoine Dufour, but apparently it was taken down (copyright). I guess I'll have to make the effort on my own.

When did they start doing take downs for tabs???

I believe it was sometime last year. Luckily a nice guy out there made a youtube video of the tab

I've decided to buy his tabs. I'd rather support Antoine since he makes such incredible music. Also the feeling you get when you master an Antoine song is pretty awesome

P II and I'm pretty sure the new American Me is going to blow me away too, love their music. New Meshuggah & new Whitechapel are killer. Can't wait for Solace. Just found this band Essence, awesome stuff!

I think I'll buy them as well. I don't mind paying for them normally, but a lot of bands don't even have tabs so I've just kind of grew into a habit of looking for them online instead.

Does it have to be music or band related?

facebook
Victory Mosque: power violence

That Jon Gomm vid in the OP was stunning.

As for my contribution:

I only really play 6-strings and I like fat necks and single-coils, come at me.
