Korn's using a different drummer now...
"hello everybody
hope you all are having happy holidays sorry havent posted in a while been crazy busy with everything goin on the unplugged was insane i never thought in my wildest dreams i would share the stage with the cure you all should have seen the audiences faces when they walked on stage everyone had there mouth open funny shit album is going good have about 8 slammin songs done we start writing again after the new year very excited we are gonna experiment with writing some long 7 or 8 min jams see what happens now david he really needed to take a break he was very burnt out he will not be on this record or tour but will be back for the next one if ready intil then we will have a fill in drummer we are NOT breaking up this is not the last album everything is fine this is only temporary you all take care JD" Fuck they lose a guitarist now the drummer...i guess he ain't really left, so they say. I Wonder if a new drummer might spark something heavier in their music though They'll prob get dave grohl or something to replace lol I didn't know they had done the MTV unplugged concert yet either. Lets keep this peaceful by the way, Love you long time

I think that Jon is the only one who still like to be that stupid way.
Man, munky is there for the money and the guitars, and Fieldy maybe for a similar reason. Their drummer is the most intelligent, and the greatest musician, if I were him I get out of that shitty band (I loved them in the start of the high school, but now I grew up). |

Wow, JD fucking sucks at writing, that was hard to read.
I wonder if the absense of Dave will be all that noticeable though. The drumming wasn't very prominent on the last albulm. |

He's a pretty solid drummer. His shoes can be filled though.

![]() I think David Silveria's drum sound on their debut and Life Is Peachy rules. After that, I lost interest in his drum sound.

I know! If I had that sort of cash to blow in Germany you could pretty much write off the rest of the tour right there
Although, it's probably best that they stuck to the wimpy stuff; I mean, imagine the shock of going to a Korn concert and seeing a bunch of guys barely in control of their instruments

It sucks that David won't be on the new album, but I'm sure they'll find someone just as good or better to temporarily replace him. Mike Bordin would definitely be cool. And someone said that Munky is in it for the money, didn't they? Are you insane? Munky is all about the music. Besides, the TS said to keep it civil, it's about David's temp leave, not a fucking Korn bash fest.

I think you answered your own question.
![]() But ponying up to get said pisswater shipped to Germany? God, I love German beer.

I understood want JD said perfectly.
At any rate, not everybody loves real beer. I guess they just really like Coors Light. I don't like most beer, usually just Irish or German beer, other than that, hard liquor.

lol yeh JD's writing is shit, but hey! If you read it carefully you understand what he's trying to say haha. I'm sure he doesn't care though, he knows his fans will still love him anyway no matter how stupid he sounds haha. As for the drinks! Fuck beer! Spirits all the way haha. They shoulda ordered in some good bourban, whiskey, vodka, tequilla! real tough cunts/idiots drinks
![]() that is also very very true. If you really listen into his drumming, you can hear he's a very decent drummer indeed. He's great with his cymbal work, its just you gotta really listen in to appreciate it. There is no way fieldy and munky are in it for the money! They got more than enough money to be set for life, if they wanted to quit now they'd be set for life. They play for their fans and because they love music, if you got successful and rich would you quit your band and just not like music but do it for the money?! i know i wouldn't. They're musicians and love what they do, and get paid for it! what a life

I had already seen this on Blabbermouth, and it's not really a big deal. Come on, David's good, but it's not like trying to replace Danny Carey or Mike Portnoy.
