Just sat down with my acoustic twelve and my old 'Pornografitti' songbook and album to learn this...

Whilst it sounds easy, it was actually deceptively tricky to get the timing bang on whilst playing along with the album. Once I got my 'internal clock' synced up with the CD though, it became much easier. Oh, and hammer-ons and pull-offs are a bitch on the 12, especially on the bass strings...

Lesson being...flawless timing wins out over shred chops every day...

Timing is a bitch. No laughing matter, and it totally makes or breaks a song. Yeah, 12-string? Forget about it. That is a no nonsense instrument.
