This article is from September. I saw them a few weeks ago, and Joe was just triggering Jules' parts through a second amp setup using a Boss RC-50 when he needed the harmony. They still kick all sorts of ass live, don't worry about it. The bassist told me they should have a new album out next Summer.

I don't know that there's going to be a new guy. I got the vibe from Joe that he really likes being the only guitarist. That dude tears it the .... up.

I saw them in October on Crush Em All with Veil of Maya, Misery Signals, and After the Burial, and they only had the one guitarist. They played just as well as they did on the album, and it was awesome.

I was talking with the drummer and the merch guy when I saw them in November and they were telling me this. I'm not super super into them, but I do really enjoy their music and it's actually pretty ....ing difficult to play. I was like "don't you guys have two guitarists?" and they told me this guy left. They also were using their driver as a vocalist that night because their actual vocalist couldn't get into Canada haha. Their driver seriously did a stand up job though, I was actually impressed by him specifically before I even knew that wasn't their normal vocalist.

Sucks that he's gone but it does make me excited. Cool things usually do happen when a new mind steps up to the metaphorical plate.

I really really like within the ruins. sure there are an asston of chugs, but they have an instantly recognizable riffing style and like someone mentioned before, most of there songs are no walk in the park to learn but they are a TON of fun to play. Anyway, I hope they find someone who can really bring somethin to the table. The two EP tracks were a couple of their strongest, especially Infamy. I hope the next cd continues the trend.
