When I first watched it I had NO idea what was going to come next, which is another thing that makes this song awesome. Unpredictability to the max.

That bass tone at 4:00 - I've always wondered how to go about getting that? Reminds me vaguely of a fretless in a way.
Also the clean tone on the chords behind that bass solo - Holdsworth/Cynic type sounds. What is that?
Also..the lead guitar tone. Haha, wow. I've never really listened to much of this kind of music and whenever I do I just realise I'd have no idea how to go about getting those tones if I was suddenly asked to.
