This guy looks SO much like Synyster Gates

The solo is at 2:25 - as you can see, the lead guitarist is the spitting image of Synyster Gates from Avenged Sevenfold. I've checked and it isn't actually him, but you could be forgiven for thinking so...

The song itself is beyond awful, truly terrible (the singer is the whiny prat who used to be in Escape the Fate but got kicked out for, essentially, helping to murder someone, then wrote an album in prison to complain about it...), but the guitar solo is pretty damn sweet. I'm trying to learn it atm, but the sweeps are so fast that it's really, really hard to get them clean.

But yeah, anyone else notice the resemblance here?

In fact I counted four or five Synyster Gates' running around in the three seconds of the video that I could tolerate.

I couldn't care less how they looked. Aside from the cliche, "radio-friendly" single, and a few other songs, that album had some really good tracks

I don't necessarily have a problem with the way they look... I have more of a problem with the singer.

The guitarist is fantastic.

There is literally nothing that makes them look alike other than the colour of their hair and the eyeliner. They have differnt jawline, facial structure, eyes, nose, mouth, chin etc..
It's kinda like saying that all Chinese people look the same, which they don't.

..ok maybe it's not quite like saying that, but I still don't see ANY similarities other than those I mentioned.

When I watched the video for the first time it really did strike me that the two looked very similar. I really think they do.

Look at the video, particularly around 2:28 to 2:31... Christ, I can't believe I'm taking this debate so seriously
