Went to church this morning and ended up hearing...

...our Praise Band doing Cliffs of Dover!

Today was a celebration thing at church and we had just 45 minutes of music and then we went outside to eat. So three guys from the band get on the stage, and next thing I know, the guitar player starts ripping out the opening solo to Cliffs of Dover. It was the coolest thing ever

It was really cool becuase the guitar player totally nailed the tone, he was playin a Strat through a Line 6 Flextone. Those things are pretty straight.

Well, we meet in a school and we're breaking land on our new ground today, or today has been 5 years since the church started; I don't remember which. But this is easily the best church I've been to so far. I play lead in the youth band and sing occasion. It's pretty cool.
