This is actually the "Get Up" version KoRn uses, the other is Skrillex's alternate version (still awesome)

I like it, but I hope they have some heavy stuff on the CD also.

I really like Narcissistic Cannibal... And Get Up is great. Their music always works well with heavier dance influence music I think, the track with the Dust Brothers off the Spawn CD brilliant.
I will always love Korn and will always give anything they release a go as 9 out of 10 times I think they hit it spot on... fair play to them for trying something so new.

As a KoRn-fan, this is ....ing awesome.

I love their earliest works and up till TALITM, where Head left. The two next albums were good, but kind of daft IMO. I loved their more electronic approach with the matrix, but that's not what the mass wanted. Then they tried to go back and do a debut-style album. IMO, that was below sub-par, but many liked it.
This, on the other hand, is well defined, suits their new approach very well, and is basically brutally kick ass.

Meh. I love KoRn, the two albums with the Matrix had potential (though were still hampered by the lack of Head's awesome rhythm work) and KoRn III had some truly amazing moments too, but this is just... I dunno, wrong? It's like some kind of sad attempt at retaining relevance by grabbing onto the style of music closest to what hip-hop was in the early 90s; appropriate, but sad.

That's not to say I don't think it 'fits' as such, just that I don't like it at all.

Epic games should sue the piss out of them for using the Unreal letters.

I like my guitar tone like I like my women, perfect rounded bottom end, cut in the mid section, heavy on the top end, and super tight.

It's alright, think it's a decent fusion of the genres musically but I'm indifferent to the songs, particularly the choruses etc as it's.... not Korny enough for me. Then again I haven't listened to the last 2-3 albums so may just be out of the loop.

i LOVED their first cd sooo much when it came out. i saw them live here in cinci the same year. they opened the show with davis "singing" twist (up till this point never been heard). it was legendary.

then the second cd came out about a year or 2 later. put it in.
first track is TWIST! what they opened the show with! i finally had it!
then that song ended and it went down hill from there i hated the rest of the cd and everything they have done since

i think they have a couple catchy songs here and there. but nothing close to clown, ball tongue, etc.

i do appreciate them though

As a very long time KoRn fan I will always buy their albums. This new album I'm quite weary of but the main selling feature for me is that it will come with a DVD copy of "The Encounter" which I thought was a pretty neat 'live' performance idea with some good songs.

'Get Up' sounds more like a Skrillex song featuring KoRn.

Overall, it's alright. I was a huge KoRn fan as a kid (actually a large part of what got me into guitar/metal in the first place, TBH) but yeah... they're totally irrelevant at this point and this album doesn't do anything to put them back up there, IMO.

Not what I love about Korn but I can dig it. Davis is the man, what can I say. He has the most unique voice. One of my personal fav vocalists of all time. Its always good to hear his voice on something new. Even though I dont like dubstep much and this sound is not what I initially love about Korn, I support them and absolutely cannot wait to get a new Korn album. Super excited for this. They have been experimenting with electronic shit ever since the nineties. Hey, Id rather listen to electronic shit with a Korn touch than just plain old electronic SHIT! Long live the mighty Korn!!

GET UP - Favorite from the new CD so far. Hard hitting song that kicks ass.

NARCISSISTIC CANNIBAL- I like it a lot but it seems to be missing something.

I'm definitely going to check out the new CD when it comes out though
