Searched and nothing came up. One of my favorite bands ever and the band that opened my eyes up to post-hardcore and alternative/indie type stuff again after years of listening to metal. These guys can literally do no wrong.

No joke, It Hates You is one of the best albums of all time. Seriously flawless, every song is absolutely brilliant from the super heavy That's Nasty and the beautiful China White III. God I love that cd. If you can listen to Cult of She without getting pumped up at the "I thought the end of the world would be much scarier..." part, you have no soul.

It Hates You is definitely one of the best rock albums of the past 10 years, no doubt. One of my favorite bands ever.

Actually, their second third (herpderp) album, Suck out the poision, is one of my favorite albums of all time. china white II and mushroom river are magically melodic and scathingly heavy.

OMFG!!!! Dudes, I didn't realize so many people love this band. One of my all time fav's for sure. Not a fan of Suck out the Poison but It Hates You and I Am Hollywood are ....ING DOPE, my only qualm with SOTP is the production. Nothing beats It Hates You, Pretty much a perfect album from Start to Fin. Even when he's talking about committing domestic violence on Party Time

Actually, i was rather underwhelmed with 'It Hates You', but seeing this, maybe i need to give it another listen.

But, and there's a but, here's a mindblower for you;
Go look for 90125, He Is Legend's first full length album (which, for some political reason i assume, is being hushed up by their current publisher).
Musically, it's been downhill for me with their albums eversince (I'm sorry, i love 'Suck Out The Poison', but it's not as original as 'I Am Holywood', which in turn is nowhere near the sheer brilliance of '91025') -
plus, it has the most awesome guitar sound ever recorded. Ever.
And here's a sample.

(And the really, really cool guys can see if they find 'Uriah Omen', which is their previous name. Took me four years to find the full EP.)

good shit quitty, yeah 91025 is pretty good, I wished either They Decorated for Christmas or They're Dead made it on to the I am Hollywood Album. I'll have to check out Uriah Omen.

They go from Djenty-polyrhythmics to Made Out Of Babies to Glassjaw to DEP in one EP. Shitty sound, some terrible production decision-making, and a metric ton of originality.

Anyone else get a very "cartoony" vibe from I Am Hollywood? I think it's mostly because of the production but I want to hear other people's views on this.

Damn this thread got me back into It Hates You again. To anyone who didn't enjoy IHY, do yourself a favor and really listen, don't skip songs etc. At first I thought it was ok, and enjoyed a few songs. Then one day I revisited it and it just clicked, and it has been in constant rotation for a couple years. It makes me seriously depressed that this band may not continue on, since IHY is so incredible. Even if they released another CD half the quality of IHY it would still be a top 10 for the year.

Oh yeah easily a top 5er Primarily Blues = WIN! Actually theres just no part on that album what so ever that I think I skip through to get to a better part. Can't say that about most albums.
