Yes, he was in Jag Panzer (apparently reissues of some of the early albums have been delayed for years because he keeps holding out for more cash) and yes, TMac played keys on his first album (which also featured Paul Gilbert, and Wally 'Most Underrated Bassist in History' Voss).

you could be right, I believe macalpine did produce his first album and was his guitar teacher.

with respect to the clip, this song actually was pretty good compared to the other song of his that i have heard who's name escapes me, it was a track off his first album from some shred compilation that i have.
