I was just out running a good long jog, with "A Celebration Of Guilt" on my iPod.
Seriously, I had no idea I could be that fast for that long :O

Anything you can find. I've heard all their "official" releases, and can honestly say it stomps the shit out of pretty much everything. So buy whatever you find first!

so he's not in the band anymore, but mike van dyne thanked 2 of my friends in the liner notes of A Celebration of Guilt. pretty intense band, i need to check out the more recent stuff.

Is there really a band called 'Arsis'.

Does anyone else think that's an odd choice of name for a band,like 'Buttis' or 'Bootyis' would be ?

Apologies if i've offended the Arsis fans out there.

I best educate myself and go check out some Arsis.
