Sorry if I threw you under the bus, John, but I figured if anybody here supported this thread, you'd be the most likely.

Permission to Land is one of my favorite albums of all time, and I've been listening to it like crazy for the last couple days. LOVE THIS BAND! Who's with me?!

Yay! I'm so glad you approve. I'm also extremely jealous you got it signed. I never got a chance to see them live or be anywhere remotely near them

Not my favorite of all time but they are very good, one of the best things to have been on the radio recently. Too bad they disappeared so quickly.

I've only listened to one of their songs(I Believe in a Thing Called Love) before you posted this, now I've listened to them more, and found out that they possibly may be getting back together in 2011.

It depends on the song. For some he plays leads, and for some he doesn't play guitar at all!

Couldn't agree more! They did what they did better than anyone else I can think of! I never got to see them live #goes and cries#

What a shame to lose this band to cocaine

Pretty much the same thing that happened to the band. I think a few CS models saw the light of day, but that's just about it.

Those sparkle-burst ones with Bigsbys were HOT.

I will also admit I really enjoyed this band. It was so nice to see some driving guitar rock at that stage of the game, especially in a popular music scene. They rock.
