Frank Gambale

I don't know about you guys, but I have always really liked his music. I even like his singing, which is rare for me. He has a tone and style that I really admire. Very clean and direct.

He has some pretty heavy stuff for a jazzy guy. I love his technique.

Frank Gambale is awesome. I love his phrasing and his legato and sweep techniques are flawless. If you get a chance, pick up Frank Gambale in "The Light Beyond" 2000, his fusion playing at it's best.

A friend of mine who got me into him years ago recommended me this.

Already have the video, but I will check out the CD. Yeah he makes "extreme" technique extremely musical.

He's got great chops, but his music's occasionally just a little too 'happy fusion' for me. I need to pick up his videos though...my old teacher used to rave about them non-stop. His Nouveau tuning rocks too.

Actually, I've been inspired! I'm going to go listen to his live album and then post back!

He has something unique.

I always liked his tones. And also guitar while he was with ibanez. FGMs...

Me too! Even though I don't like Floating Trems anymore I would still love to have one of his Ibanez signature models or an S540LTD equivalent.

Yeah, They were very qualified guitars. I especially like somon pink one
