Deep Purple/Steve Morse in Ottawa this Summer

Well I'm really looking forward to this show, we don't get much way up here in the far north, so when Steve Morse visits, well I make sure I'm there...it has improved, though I think its because there's no more NHL season, thus they need to get in some revenue...sounds like a good trade off to me...Metallica, Velvet Revolver, Deep Purple...of course Cher and 'you2' are coming but Meh!

Steve Morse is jaw-dropping - his tone got pretty muddy when I saw him with DP, but man... he did this solo peice with some alt-picked arpeggio runs, and the man is a f'in machine gun. Unreal.

IF it aint Blackmore it aint Purple.

Sure Morse is a realy incredible player but If you ever saw Purple with Blackmore....man no comparison
