I haven't yet personally but the guy who recommeded them to me uses them to ship a lot of Marshalls (Heads+Cabs) and also guitars all around the UK and Europe and he's had no problems at all.
He said he goes with them because they're so much more reasonably priced than the alternatives and i think they use DHL a lot which is a very proffessional courier from what i've heard.

If the guitar has no case then it has to be packed in at least one sturdy guitar shipping box (two if you can find one that will fit inside another)filled with good packing material (poly-chips,bubble-wrap and air-bags if possible)and all sealed up with lots of packing tape.
Oh, and be sure to remove the trem arm and wrap it separately in some bubble-wrap and tape this to the inside of the box so it can't roll around in the box and damage the guitar.
