X2 Digital Wireless XDS95 (Stompox Version)

I just got back from Guitar Center where I spent 3 hours with a Gibson Les Paul Classic Goldtop administering kickass riffs through a Peavey JSX with this fucking glorious X2 Digital Wireless transmitter on my back. What a liberating and awesome feeling! Freeballin' if you will, as Murderface would say. This is the coolest piece of gear I've come across in a long time. At last, a digital wireless system that sounds perfectly transparent, and won't become obsolete after the Government seizes all the analog UHF signals in 2009. There was no tone or sustain loss even when I was 100+ feet away, rocking out in the Pro Audio section. Rolling the volume down and playing clean reacted the same as if you were wired. Again, total transparency. I can't wait to start playing shows with this thing, cables are false.

If I ever invest in wireless, I'm wondering whether or not to go with rack mount. If I end up getting a wah pedal, I'll need the pedal version to go to the wah.

Well, I could get the rack one, run a cable to the wah, run a cable back to the rack, but I think we've heard enough about me and my stance on excessive cables

You could always buy three of them, one rack one from guitar to rack, one pedal one from rack to wah, and another rack one from wah back to rack

Then you could strap your wah pedal to your foot so it's always on no matter where you go on stage, and be just like Kirk Hammett.

This review got me reading up on the company, and all the wireless units it makes right now. I am seriously considering selling my Sennheiser and getting one of these.

Someone know, do they have this with two transmiters and one receiver?

I'm fairly certain you can only use one transmitter with one receiver, unfortunately.
