JMad81 is just really niceJMad81 is just really nice
I always run my powerball open mid but i use a MXR KFK in the loop and boost the mids. As long as you know to keep a fair amount of mids, the powerball kills.

what cities will you be playing btw?
It was just a one off show, we were main support at WGT in Leipzig. We did a month in Germany in Feb/March though. Next festival is Blackfield

Well, I have to that I was utterly dissappointed with the Powerball, we struggled to get a really good sound out of it, despite being armed with all your guys settings. And what's with the effects loop just being global? Did I miss something or is it just a real pain in the ass.

The Herbert, however, was absolutely awesome as I knew it would be. Luckily the guy that was teching for me on the day is a Diezel endorsee as well, so i was able to just say what i wanted and he did the rest

I'd also recommend using a healthy amount of midrange as the amp is fairly scooped and processed sounding as is, but more so if the mids are set moderately.

Honestly, based on the 3 things you said you're looking for, the Powerball does not come close to giving you that. I'd stick to the Diezel man, that is exactly what you're looking for. The Powerball is a djent machine, very bright and scooped, not really fluid or warm at all. More in-your-face, crisp attack and punchy. Not organic at all or warm.

Congrats on touring in Germany BTW, kickass.
