Mesa Triple Rectifier settings? Share yours.

I just got my Hot Plate, so I can fuck with the volume all I want!

Post any settings you have and like, I'm not gonna steal them, we prolly have different tastes anyway, but I just want to see how yours sounds!

My influences / sound-wants: Necrophagist / Arsis / Death / Kalmah.

i like the orange channel in vintage mode, with the rectifier switch on Vacuum tubes, and the Power switch on Bold. then for settings i think i use something like this:
Bass: noon
Mid: 1 o'clock
Treble: 11 - 12 o'clock
Presence: somewhere between 10 and 2 o'clock; depending on if i want to play chords or single notes
Master: depends on how loud i'm playing, usually like 10 o'clock
Gain: 2 o'clock or so

the orange channel DESTROYS with a nice OD pedal in front. i used a maxon od808 and it ruled.

good place to start with the SD-1 as clean boost is Level at 3 o' clock, Gain at 0, and Tone at 12 o' clock. then just experiment from there.

Haha. When I turn up my drive/level a huge screetchy sound occurs.

how high is the gain on the amp?

Vader 2x12: 470
SD-1: 60
Atteunator: 330
All together 1960

(And my Caparison)-> 4404 -> ~4500.

I think I'll put the ISP Decimator off until my bank account recovers.

The gain? I think it's around 1.

You're supposed to keep the drive at zero and the volume at 10. the whole idea is a clean boost, not a distorted one ;p
