It is the one that is different from the others. Does the cabinet work in both or either of the 4 ohm inputs? Also, if you are using the 8 ohm out as an input, it shouldn't work right either.
That's a good idea, I'll try the 4 ohm inputs and see if they work at all.

That pic of the wiring is exactly what mine looks like.

I did clean the 8 ohm input well with contact cleaner when I had the cab at home here, the output jack and the dual 4 ohm input jacks have the plastic plugs in them right now, and I didn't touch them. So I'm sure I was plugged into the input and not the output, but thanks for pointing that out anyways cause I've done way dumber shit than that.

Also, was at Home Depot picking up some linoleum, and I figured I'd pick up a cheap multimeter. Cheapest one they had was $40. I kept my $40. Guess I'll be buying one online, but I hate waiting.

OK, so I tried the cabinet again tonight using the stereo inputs at 4 ohms, and they both work fine separately, but the 8 ohm mono input still does not work. Also, with both 4 ohm inputs hooked up, it seems much quieter than it should be, but there's definitely still good strong signal coming through.

So I guess this would mean the problem lies with the 8 ohm input jack? Should I replace it? If so, where is a good place to get this part and what do I need?

That's what it sounds like. The 8 ohm jack has all the switching elements in it.

For shits n' giggles, pull the old 8 ohm jack out and see what is up with those contacts.
