Bloody Murder Pedal
Well my Bloody Murder pedal arrived from Bodenhamer Electronics today. It replaced an old Boss OD-3, and I used it with my DC 727, Framus Dragon, and Orange 4x12. I got to plug it in for a quick wail today, and hands-down this is the best overdrive stompbox I have ever heard. Unlike the Boss, there is no fizz, and I can make my dark-sounding amp/guitar combo sound as bright as I need it to be. On the crunch channel I can get ZZ top tones all the way to total djent (or at least as Djenty as I want it to be). And with solos this thing is SMOOTH! Honestly, I could never picture an amp with astounding cleans, great blues/crunch tones, Djenty rhythm tones, full, thick rich sounding rhythm tones, and smooth solo tones. The Framus alone wouldn't give me that. With the Bloody Murder, all of these and more are totally possible. I sound like a salesman
