not saying it's either just looking for some insight, if they are compatable? the uberschall cab is wired at 8 ohms and i'm wondering if that has any effect on overall tonality of the v3

It should sound just fine, the ubercab sounds at least pretty good in most amps imo.

That combo would be fine, but if you're going to step to a Bogner 4x12 (which is around 1100$ I believe)I would get a better amp head. Honestly I think for the money there are MUCH better amp heads to be had, not that the V3 is bad or anything, but everytime I heard it it's sounded overly bright as well as fizzy. For around 900$ used you could get:

a 5150
Madison Divinity (New actually)
ENGL (probably a Fireball)
Mesa single recto
used JSX

All are better than the V3 in my opinion...if you like any of these amps (and they are all killer) maybe consider going used?

I always though the V3 was a good amp if tweaked right

Dude, the V3 is an awesome amp, I dont know why so many people dog it so much. Carvin makes a solid amp, want an X100b reissue! But yea V3 with a Bogner cab, even better. You find a good deal on one?

I like the tone Codyyy gets out of his V3, for as much as you can pull from YouTube videos.
