Buzz from speakers

Both my amps A fender Deluxe with 1 12" speaker, and my new Peavey Trantube 100watt head with a 6505 Cab, have a buzz when I play the low E or B string on my guitars. Could the 7th string be blowing my speakers? I don't play loud, and have used different cords and guitars on both amps. Could it be something in the amps making the buzz and not the speakers? I would also think a 100watt head would not blow a 6505 cab, and it just started buzzing today.

Try 2 things;

1) Lower the bass on your eq.

2) Tighten the screws that hold your speakers.

Both of these things are some of the main culprits of some buzzing/farting speakers.

I only have my bass on four, and I tried 3 different guitars. I think I will tighten the screws.

I tighten the screws, but there is still abuzz. I also looked all over the room to see if it is some in it.

Also it is more of a hiss sound after a note is played low.

Why does it keep automerging.

because the forum has automerge set on unless youre a contributer/mvp/mod/adminibadass

Youll have to contribute if you wanna get rid of that. I dont see why you would though, i actually have to work more with posting now with it enabled lol

I highly doubt the low B is blowing your speakers

I almost suspect your guitar could be buzzing dude

I was thinking that too, but my epiphone also does it.

So noboby has blow a 6505 with a 7 string having to much bass?

I was thinking it was the bass because my Fender also does it.
