UPDATE!!!

Tech took it apart... Blown fuses! He replaced them, took all the tubes out, put it on a safety load, powered it up, bam! Blew the fuses again. So it wasn't a bad tube, and the fuses saved it from damage. But... Now we gotta find out what's blowing the fuses in the first place.

He said the board looked clean, but something did get on it, so he's gonna clean it off and check all the connections.

Even with problems it's still a very good deal, I love that amp!

Well, at least you know, and it should just be a faulty shorted component somewhere, and even then, components are cheap.

And getting parts from peavey (if I need to) is pretty easy.
I got a schematic e-mailed to me, and one is being sent to my tech as a hard copy so he has one he can work with next to the amp.

UPDATE:

Tech looked over the board, everything tested fine.
Put new fuses on it, and he guesses he just had a bad fuse because it fired right up!

He's gonna clean the pots, check the caps, and go over it one more time to be sure.
