Definitely get the Electric Amps 6x12, those things have such a nice vibe to them, I was thinking about getting one. Either that or go all out and get an 8x12 and a pickup truck to haul it around.

Dude Max, grab a Marshall Mode Four cab. They're loaded with G12K-100's and one will run you ~$350 or maybe even less.

EDIT: Look for a MF400, that's the 400-watt version with the K-100's.

fender makes solid cabs, at least the ones i've seen. they dont sound half bad either!

no harm in going the Vader route.
