Ohhhh nice! Chris, have you played around with a G-Major at all? I've been tempted by this one because I was curious how the Lexicon effects in the Digitech (and Whammy included!) compared to that of a G-Major. Let me know how you like the effects on it!
I have a 1-U rack space to fill on my Brunetti and I'm either going G-Major or this. ![]() |

Yeah, I liked the GMaj as well, but I've had nothing but great luck with my other Digitech stuff and really liked the tones I've heard from the 1101 so far. I don't think it'll replace my 2101 in the rack because I'll still use the tube pre section of it. I got this mostly to compliment it.

Killer.
Do you know if you can bypass the preamp and just use the effects part of the unit? I forgot this was out there... arghhh GAS! ![]() |

I do find this rather funny. I buy a 2101 off of your recommendation and you get the 1101
both off ebay non the less. and I know exactly which auction too since I was looking at that one.ahh well congrats sir |

Thanks man! I just realized that Music123 credited me $90 for all the trouble they caused me with the return of my Invader 150! I'm already 1/4 of the way there! ![]() |

I can't live without the 2101's distortion chain. It's fucking awesome. |

The Digitech GNX stuff works much better as a preamp with effects than a standalone FX unit.
Not that the FX are bad... they aren't. But they're not the most tweakable.
