Yep, basically, you have 8 sets of relays to control one amp, or possibly, amp + FX if that makes sense.

You then press the buttons in on it on the midi channel you want, so the amp is set up as you want (ie, boosts on/off, fx loops on off, the channel you want) and then press write. When you hit the midi channel again via selecting it, hey presto, all your saved amp switch settings are restored and it switches the amp. No more tap dancing. AND if you have relay switchable gear, then simply send a cable from a spare switch channel to it and you can switch that too! (I have two spare that aren't being used for the VHT, so I could use on for switching the incoming rack bloody murder, but i'll be using the g-major for that, so I'm going to construct a custom cable setup where I can have an "extra" switch cable that can switch the 5150 as well, ie, FX loop on off etc.

The Chaos has come:

That sounds amazing

I might have to pick one up when I get some extra funds.

So pretty much it would eliminate my pedals being on the floor and would make my footswitch obsolete?

That'd be pretty damn tight

Ramen!
