Does stuff like this happen to you??

so, i'm just about done building my "bedroom" rig...i'm awaiting my new power amp and then i'm going to put it together but being some-what of a rig freak has left me wanting to sell my perfectly good POD XT (with metal shop pack) to get a POD Pro just because it's rack mountable and the XT isn't.

God, i hate stuff like this. The XT is perfectly good for the job but for some reason seeing it not rack mounted but in a rack with everything else being rack mounted bugs the living sh!t out of me!!!

i know, i'm insane. does anyone else get feelings like this about their gear???

It needs to be right. I sold an RJM Diamond MAC-2 and got an RJM AMp gizmo just for the custom cable functionality. I could have, to be honest, got by with the mac-2 if i'd have taken the time to get the cable working properly, but hey, you live and learn (or maybe not)

haha i don't know what it is that makes me want to do this but i know if i don't do it, every time i see it in the rack it's going to bug me to no end.

haha it's impossible NOT to stare at my gear...i haven't even seen what my rack is going to look like but just thinking about it is already killing me!

you should, i'd give you a good price on it

a rackmount shelf or a drawer you can put the Pod XT in, that way it will be in your rack.

yeah i was thinking about that.
i was even debating, because i have 2 open spaces, making some kind of shelf that would angle it so i could still see all the knobs and such for editing and what not.

does something like that exist?
