What are the chances of you modding a valve junior for me? Maybe building in a bloody murder into it? And an EQ if possibly?

im pretty sure that all of that suff would no longer make it a VJ dude.. the point of the amp is the simplicity of the circuit.

but i'm also willing to bet that wouldnt stop joe

what might be more viable would be getting a low wattage 3band-eq tube amp, and then having JoBo mod the drive channel into just being the clean channel pushed by a BM. now That would be hot!

I just though a small 5watt head would be awesome if it was chaosed up a bit!

What other small valve heads are there with 3 band EQ's?

there's a blackheart - it was posted, i havent looked into it.

you're in ireland? maybe, juust maybe (i somehow doubt it needs modding) but look into the laney lionheart?

im not saying you cant do it to a VJ, im just suggesting maybe you shouldnt try to make the amp something it's not, y'know?

if Joe's up for it, have at 'er lol. but you may want to rehouse it if you want a 3 band EQ, and a gain knob on the front..

i know. and people have been doing all sorts of crazy things to VJ's since they came out.

Valve Junior Mods (plus some wacky thoughts on chorusing)

Damn right. And TONS of people are doin' it. There's many, many other websites on EPi VJ modding... It seems it's the perfect little tube amp to do so since it's circuitry is the simpliest ever. They're is also many kits available to self-mod your VJ.
