New Gear Day! (56k lots of pics)

So after two long weeks of waiting it is finally here.

Actaully longer than that, I have been saving up money for a while for this. My camera kinda sucks, but I'd rather spend more money towards seet gear rather than a sweet camera.

I was surprised to find out when FedEx got it out of the truck they had the box inside a wooden crate with a bunch of foam popcorn.

I actually put my order in on the 4th, but they were out of stock.

So they had to get one from Engl who is closed for two weeks during New Years.

Anyway the time has come........lets open this bitch up. First I must find some kind of cutting device.

Nothing useful in there. Wait a minute.......

Time to unleash the fury.

Wait a minute.......maybe this isn't such a good idea.

Much smaller but just as brutal.

Hmmm. A padded envelope

what could be in there. Awesome, goodies from Derrek at Rock Solid Amps.

Sweet, spare tubes.

Power cord.

My favorite part.........the rear.

The two brothers.

I haven't been able to really crank it yet, but even at fairly low volumes it still sounds great, Even the cleans seem much better than the cleans on my powerball. I'm really diggin channel 3 right now. And I like how you can turn the Noise Gate on/off from the front of the amp, even though I'll probably never use the Noise Gate because I now have a much better one.In this box right here.

I don't have enough cords now to hook all this shit up, so the Decimator will be out of the chain for a few days.
