Cabinet Speaker Question?

i've always wonder why it is that even though a cab can be loaded with the exact same speakers as another manufacturer that they can sound somewhat or even significantly different.

are the parameters on the speaker itself adjusted to the makers specifications or is it a wiring difference.?

so pretty much asking why the hell Vintage 30's sound different in almost every manufacturer's cabs

It is because the cabinets material, the amount of material, the size of the cabinet, they all have an effect on the tone.

Bigger cabinets usually have more low end, because of the way that the speaker cone interacts with the insides of the cabinet.

Even the grill cloth has an effect on the tone, because some cloths filter high frequencies, thus making the sound smoother.
