Plain, heavy Levy's leather strap. Nice and grippy on the back side. Schaller strap locks for peace of mind.

I use a Levy plain leather and Nylon strap and both are great, I've always wanted to try a Stretch strap like Buckethead uses though, I see them on E-Bay from time to time.
I'm assuming he's going to want to mass produce these rack pies, and why not? I love racks, I love pies, so put them together and you have pie covered titties. - JJ

My Levys strap is amazing. It was kind of hard getting my strap locks to fit on it, but aside from that, I love it.

i've been using ErnieBall black 2" nylon straps since i started playing guitar. the one exception is my Dean Evo7, which is a tad neck heavy, in which i employ a Levy leather strap, with the unfinished underside, that grips my shoulder nicely.
I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate. We'll cross the streams. |

Who made that fuzzy strap that's on your Ibanez?

I have black nylon Damarzio clip straps on all of my guitars. I like a strap that moves around on my shoulder because I change playing positions a lot. Leather sticks too much to my shoulder. Also the built in strap lock clip rules no need to buy straplocks.

haha, I wanted to ask the same thing, I haven't put a strap on my new Warlock since I don't trust any of mine, one even popped of with strap locks.
![]() I say go with Schaller strap lock. Easy to install, easy to use, and realiable. I'm gonna try Q-parts' neat lookin ones though, I hear after you replace the nut there pretty reliable. I play some pretty heavy ass guitar and basses, hell my six string bass is a freakin monster, only guitar to hurt my back after only 20 minutes. Straplocks are a must for me. |
