Invader 100 vs 150?

Would anybody be so nice to explain to me what the difference between the two amps is? I mean I get the 100W vs 150W part, but what else? Is the 100 going to sound less loud and therefore be more suitable for a closed environment instead of stage, or is there more than that?

The two cost almost the same, so I wonder why one shouldn't just go with the bigger one, heh..

I'm pretty sure a lot of people prefer the sound of the 100.

You can push 100W far more than 150W both at the same volume... Which is better!

Up the shut fuck, you must.

afaik, both are the same except some minor differences on the bright switch behaviour. I haven't compared both myself, so i could be wrong...

Moloch is a jewel in the rough
in terms of loudness 150 watts isnt alot louder than 100 watts.
you get a 3 decibal gain for doubling your power, which isnt alot.

I've heard there's some differences between the amps tonally, and that the 100 just sounds better.

in my experience the 100 sounded better, and also there is supposedly added functionality from the bright switch which the 150 lacks and to top it off its cheaper. I would say if you get a great deal on a 150 however, just go for it, the differences are minimal im sure, and i realize a big part of why i think the 150 sounds worse was because it was running thru an engl v30 cab which i think sounds horrid.
