You can go as low as $100 for a half-rack Nady, and they're decent. If you want quality, though, get an X2.

Division - American metal that doesn't suck. Much. Even on MySpace, and Soundclick, too.

Side Note: I found out how much 'cost' is on those puppies. When my Nady goes down, I'm TOTALLY ordering one.

I bought some $200 rack wireless thing a few years back made by Shure. It destroyed my tone.

You get what you pay for.

You are correct, sir! I got a quad diversity Sennheiser digital system on blowout for less than $200.00. It is the best guitar wireless I have ever heard, but it EATS 9v's.

The X2 is the next generation of that system, which is an X-wire in a smaller box. (I use one, too, and they kick ass, but the 24 bit X2 supposedly sounds even better!) The Digital 1000 does eat batteries, but I'll change a battery every two gigs or so to keep my tone.

i'm getting an X2 once they hit the shelves. or, once Roger hooks me up with one of his Detroit GC buddies

I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate.
We'll cross the streams.

I use a brand new 9V battery EVERY show. No excuse for running out of juice on stage. Period!
