Bugera Amps - WTF?

Is it just me or is this a really poor example of successful marketing??

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UP6XykEtzdQ

Sounds like to me.

Well, who can say what the amp sounds like? The recording is utter garbage! Waaaaay too much shit going on. Fucking ugh.

Bleah. Stuff like this usually does sound pretty shitty on YouTube, but this craptacular recording only magnifies that.

This is an Artists impression of the Bugera 6262 and its intended use as a creative tool by its target demographic. At no point were live Bugera's used, hurt or abused in the making of this film. I repeat: The Soul Of Valves and The Guru Of Tone were not invoked in this production.
You really can't judge the amp by a clip that wasn't even recorded with one.

Hmmm, sounded ok on the video of shane playing at the namm show.

What can you really tell from youtube anyway though.

Try to exclude the possibility of suffering which the order of nature and the existence of free-wills involve, and you find that you have excluded life itself.

I didn't catch that last night. I was so disgusted with the quagmire of audible assault that I completely missed the dude saying no Bugera amps were used......

....which begs the question....What the F_CK is the point then?

Anyway....yes the Shawn Gibson vids are a MUCH better pitch for these amps......even if you can hear all the floor noise.

Thank you.

And even if it was, that was just the most sloppy, crazy audio mess I've almost ever heard.
